Robin Williams was cremated the day after he died and his family scattered his ashes in San Francisco Bay, according to reports.

RadarOnline.com obtained the Hollywood star's official death certificate, issued by the State of California, which confirmed his death at his Tiburon home on August 11.
It says that the cause of death has not been confirmed and is still "pending investigation" while toxicology tests are carried out.
The certificate is dated to August 20 but states that Williams' body was cremated on August 12, the day after his suicide.

The Good Will Hunting star's death came after a long battle with depression and his diagnosis of Parkinson's disease, according to his widow Susan Schneider.
Billy Crystal will pay tribute to Williams, his longtime friend and fellow comedian, at next week's Emmy Awards.
Crystal will honour the actor as part of the traditional "in memoriam" segment for industry members who died during the past year, Emmy executive producer Don Mischer said in a statement.
Crystal has remained quiet about the death of his friend and Father's Day co-star. When news of Williams' death broke, the star simply tweeted: "No words."
